FP&A Analyst
Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is currently seeking an FP&A Analyst based out of our London office.
The primary focus of the FP&A team is to provide the broader business and shareholders with insightful and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making. Your role will involve developing financial models and reports, conducting detailed analysis, and collaborating with various business units to ensure data accuracy and integrity. We’ll Count on You To:
- Support the annual budget, regular forecast, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and reports to support the executive team in decision-making.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance Operations, business unit FP&A, and other functions to drive reporting improvements and optimize processes.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and models.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience in a similar FP&A role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced Excel modelling expertise and experience with SAP BPC (or similar reporting tools).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to build strong, cross-functional, and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
