Admin Assistant, Fitch Solutions Singapore (9 months’ contract)

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Admin Assistant on a contract basis to be based out of our Singapore office.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Attend to team members enquiries on general admin matters on employee policies and usage of internal applications, file expense, travel arrangements, travel visa applications etc.
  • Vendor Management, office supplies procurement, sourcing marketing items in the region, organize delivery of marketing items to clients, office equipment contract renewals and price negotiations with service providers
  • Publishing articles on Company web pages
  • Coordinate schedules of internal and external meetings 
  • Facilitate and support vendor payment process
  • Takes charge of logistical organization of corporate client events and internal events tracking budget vs spending
  • Manning the Front Desk reception service for a few hours once a week


What You Need to Have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in office management and administration
  • Solid experience in travel arrangement and events management
  • Ability to multitask, a team-player and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives in changing environment, willingness to learn new software tools/systems and manage ambiguity


What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with SAP and Concur applications
