Head of Account Management
Fitch Solutions Sales Team is currently seeking a Head of Account Management based out of our Singapore office.
This Account Management Leadership role will be primarily responsible for driving sales of Southeast Asia for various Fitch Solutions businesses, and additionally overseeing the entire APAC region for Creditsights. This role will also manage the development and execution of sales strategies and leading a team of dedicated Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
This strategic role requires an individual who can foster a sense of unity and team collaboration to grow Fitch Solutions’ footprint in the APAC region. The Head of Account Management will report directly to the Managing Director, Head of APAC Account Management to achieve commercial success.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Provide inspirational leadership to a team of Account Managers, encouraging a culture of peak performance, continuous development, and dedication to excellence
- Coordinate and implement effective sales strategies in partnership with the Managing Director, Head of APAC Account Management
- Collaborate with APAC-based Sales Specialists to execute on Cross-Sell opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various sectors to understand their business needs and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Commercial Executive team, offering insights into sales activities and market trends
- Institute structure and guidance to the team as it relates to best sales practices including adoption of CRM tools to optimize sales efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with the CSM, Market Development, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning
What You Need to Have:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the credit ratings, research, and Business Intelligence space
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating high-performing Account Managers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both internal and external
- Strategic ability to analyze complex data into actionable sales strategies
- Understanding of the market intelligence industry and relevant products
- Ability to travel (up to 50% of time) to meet with customers and attend industry events

- Confidence to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
- Proven track record in driving growth within existing accounts
- Extensive experience in Account Management across the APAC market, implementing disciplined and robust sales processes while also managing an effective sales cadence
