Our Path Programs are talent and leadership development courses intended to strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent across our organization

Fitch CreditPath is a 10-week paid program that welcomes professionals with  financial services experience who are ready to re-enter the workforce and transitioning US Military Veterans who are ready to jumpstart their career.

  • 49 CreditPath Program participants since 2017 inception.
  • Recent expansion to include Military Veterans and opportunities in Technology
  • In 2023, we will be welcoming 8 full time hires from our 2022 CreditPath 10-week Program which includes 3 US Military Veterans & 5 Returning Professionals

ForwardPath is a year-long leadership development program designed to help Fitch increase the advancement of female talent to senior leadership positions. 

  • Since launch in 2018, 48 women have completed or are currently participating in the program.
  • Over 90+% of graduates have been promoted, or have expanded job responsibilities
  • 94% retention of program participants (including one who moved to a Hearst Venture).

Introduced in 2021, TalentPath is a year-long talent development program for Fitch Associate Directors and Directors who identify as part of underrepresented ethnic minority groups. 

  • 54 TalentPath participants since 2021 inception. 
  • In 2022, we expanded the program to include UK eligible employees. 
  • In 2022, we increased our program size by 57%

Fitch has signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter, cementing our commitment externally, in addition to holding us accountable for progress. In addition, we have also signed the UN Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and are members of the Business Disability Forum

Corporate Social Responsibility

At Fitch, we believe that Education is critical to success. It has the power to change lives, improve communities and build successful economies.

Launched in 2020, Fitch Community focuses on mobilizing our employees and resources to help equalize access to education and learning for disadvantaged and underrepresented groups. In 2022, more than half of our employees either volunteered, donated and supported over 1,100 charitable causes across the world.

We encourage our employees to get involved in their communities through campaigns, such as New Joiner Donation Reward, Global Volunteer Week, Paid Volunteer Leave, and Gift Matching Program.

Supporting Communities

We have partnerships in place to support our communities. These include:

The City Tutors (US): Fitch volunteers worked with The City Tutors to help their college students and others explore their career opportunities and develop their professional skills

The Brokerage (UK): Fitch employees get involved by supporting skills and curriculum workshops, hosting career insight visits and mentoring students.

School in a Bag (UK): Fitch worked with the UK charity, School in a Bag, to provide an entire community of children with school bags in rural Nepal
