Path Programs at Fitch

They focus on enhancing skills, building leadership capabilities, and promoting career advancement through targeted hands-on training and mentorship experiences. By participating in one of these programs, colleagues will be equipped to contribute more effectively to our organizational success and navigate their own career path with greater confidence.

Path Programs at Fitch

Our Path Programs are designed to cultivate talent and foster professional growth among colleagues through structured learning and development opportunities. They focus on enhancing skills, building leadership capabilities, and promoting career advancement through targeted hands-on training and mentorship experiences. By participating in one of these programs, colleagues will be equipped to contribute more effectively to our organizational success and navigate their own career path with greater confidence.

The CreditPath program offers professional development and networking with Fitch experts, mentors, and coaches to help women re-entering the workforce and transitioning US Military Veterans prepare for private sector employment.

ForwardPath is a year-long leadership development program designed to help Fitch increase the advancement of female talent to senior leadership positions.

Introduced in 2021, TalentPath is a year-long talent development program for Fitch Associate Directors and Directors who identify as part of underrepresented ethnic minority groups.

Our ERGs also play an essential role in fostering a sense of community and belonging by raising awareness and enabling connections across business areas and regions. 50% of our employees are engaged with at least one of ERGs.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Through Fitch Community, our Corporate Social Responsibility program, we partner with charities worldwide to create volunteering opportunities that promote education, enhance employability, and empower our communities. We encourage our employees to support the community through a diverse range of initiatives such as the Fitch Community Champion Program, Global Volunteer Week, Paid Volunteer Leave, and Gift Matching Program. 

Making A Positive Impact

 

We encourage our employees to donate their time and financial support to causes that have a positive impact on our communities. 

In 2024 our volunteers supported 67,248 beneficiaries and spent 15,458 volunteer hours. Other highlights include: 

  • 58% unique volunteer participation 
  • $3.9 million donations made to non-profits across the world 
  • Donated to over 1,444 non-profits across the world

Supporting Communities

We have partnerships in place to support our communities. These include:

The City Tutors (US): Fitch volunteers worked with The City Tutors to help their college students and others explore their career opportunities and develop their professional skills

The Brokerage (UK): Fitch employees get involved by supporting skills and curriculum workshops, hosting career insight visits and mentoring students.

School in a Bag (UK): Fitch employees fill school bags with essential educational resources to donate to children in need. We have supported children in India, Nepal, the U.K., and Ukrainian refugees through our partnership.

Chatteris Educational Foundation (Hong Kong): Fitch will be supporting Chatteris's "World City, World Education" programme to help improve students' English language skills outside their school curriculum.  

Inspiring Girls InternationalOur partnership aims to inspire and empower young girls to achieve their career aspirations. The partnership will scale over time and expand across different geographies, with the first year’s partnership launched in the U.S., Mexico, Spain and Singapore.
