Investing in Our People
Developing our people to reach their full potential is core to our growth and long-term success. Through continually improving our employee experience and strengthening our inclusive culture, we nurture a workplace where all employees can thrive.
Path Programs at Fitch
Our Path Programs are designed to cultivate talent and foster professional growth among colleagues through structured learning and development opportunities. They focus on enhancing skills, building leadership capabilities, and promoting career advancement through targeted hands-on training and mentorship experiences. By participating in one of these programs, colleagues will be equipped to contribute more effectively to our organizational success and navigate their own career path with greater confidence.
The CreditPath program offers professional development and networking with Fitch experts, mentors, and coaches to help women re-entering the workforce and transitioning US Military Veterans prepare for private sector employment.
ForwardPath is a year-long leadership development program designed to help Fitch increase the advancement of female talent to senior leadership positions.
Introduced in 2021, TalentPath is a year-long talent development program for Fitch Associate Directors and Directors who identify as part of underrepresented ethnic minority groups.
Making A Positive Impact
The 2025 BUILD Report highlights the collective efforts of our people to create a rewarding culture, uplift communities, and advance environmental responsibility. It also showcases the meaningful impact our initiatives have made across the organization and beyond.
Our ERGs
Open to all colleagues, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide an inclusive space to come together, share experiences, and build connections, while also celebrating individuality . Our ERGs also play an essential listening role for leadership teams, feeding insights from people’s lived experiences into the company’s priorities. Vice versa, ERGs help support Fitch’s strategic priorities. In 2025, 50% of our employees are engaged with at least one ERG.
Support at Different Life Stages
We want everyone at Fitch to achieve their personal, family, and professional ambitions, irrespective of gender, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
