Our people come from diverse and varied backgrounds, some start their careers with us via our graduate programs and become full-time employees, others come from different walks of life entirely and switch to Fitch. It is testament to our working environment that we attract globally-minded people with different experiences – this makes us a stronger community. We don’t just work alongside each other, we grow, learn and develop together.
