The CreditPath Conference is a 4-day event meant for anyone with experience in financial analysis or IT, who has the desire to get back to work after a 3+ year career break and for transitioning US Military Veterans with relevant experience.
- 49 CreditPath Program participants since it's 2017 inception.
- Recent expansion to include Military Veterans and opportunities in Technology
- In 2023, we welcomed 8 full-time hires from our 2022 CreditPath 10-week Program which included 3 US Military Veterans & 5 Returning Professionals
ForwardPath is a year-long leadership development program designed to help Fitch increase the advancement of female talent to senior leadership positions.
- Since launch in 2018, 48 women have completed or are currently participating in the program.
- Over 90+% of graduates have been promoted, or have expanded job responsibilities
- 94% retention of program participants (including one who moved to a Hearst Venture).
Introduced in 2021, TalentPath is a year-long talent development program for Fitch Associate Directors and Directors who identify as part of underrepresented ethnic minority groups.
- 54 TalentPath participants since 2021 inception.
- In 2022, we expanded the program to include UK eligible employees.
- In 2022, we increased our program size by 57%
Our ERGs
Fitch is proud to support the formation of our seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). We also welcome allies who want to learn more about these communities and get involved.
One third of all Fitch Group employees are engaged with at least one of our ERGs, highlighting their real business impact while providing opportunities to have an open dialogue about the issues that matter most.
Supporting All New Parents at Fitch
We want everyone at Fitch to achieve their personal, family and professional ambitions, irrespective of gender, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We have a global minimum standard of 16 weeks paid leave to all birthing parents, and 10 weeks paid leave for all parents (additional for birthing parents).
Making A Positive Impact
We encourage our employees to donate their time and financial support to causes that have a positive impact on our communities.
In 2022 our volunteers supported 11,712 beneficiaries and spent 10,508 hours volunteering, some highlights:

- Donated to over 1,200 charitable causes across the world
