A GLOBAL NETWORK OF COLLEAGUES UNLIKE ANY OTHER

Our people come from diverse and varied backgrounds. Some start their careers with us via our graduate programs and become full-time employees, while others come from different career paths or sectors and switch to Fitch. It is testament to our working environment that we attract globally minded people with different experiences who unite to shape a strong, supportive community. We learn, grow, and succeed together.

Our ERGs

Open to all colleagues, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide an inclusive space to come together, share experiences, and build connections, while also celebrating individuality .  Our ERGs also play an essential listening role for leadership teams, feeding insights from people’s lived experiences into the company’s priorities.  Vice versa, ERGs help support Fitch’s strategic priorities. In 2025, 50% of our employees are engaged with at least one ERG.
