Fitch Scholars Program

The Fitch Scholars Program is a cooperative (co-op) program where participants will be exposed to broad credit and market research training through on-the-job opportunities.  This program is designed to widen the participation of high-performing students from underrepresented communities while exposing them to the day-to-day work activities of a Fitch Ratings Credit Analyst or a Sustainable Fitch ESG Analyst.
