How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Draft and review legal documents, including anti-corruption commitments, certificates of disabilities and incompatibilities, confidentiality agreements, offer acceptance letters, commencement minutes, termination and settlement minutes, payment records, stamp discount authorizations, and compliance reports.
  • Review invitations and preliminary studies for participation in minimal amount processes for contracting risk rating services for public entities in Colombia.
  • Draft and review service contracts with territorial and decentralized public entities.
  • Liaise with headquarters for the approval of legal documents and service contracts, ensuring compliance with the rater's policies and procedures.
  • Direct interaction with entities through meetings to coordinate the terms of the risk rating contract.
  • Provide support to BRM areas in different projects.

  • You have proficiency with platforms such as SECOP and Salesforce.
