Business & Relationship Management (BRM) is currently seeking an Intern based out of our Hong Kong office to focus on ESG product.
This role is based in Hong Kong, within the Business & Relationship Management (BRM) group, providing support to the ESG business development initiatives in APAC.
Sustainable Fitch (SUF) which is part of Fitch Group is focused providing transparent, objective and substantive ESG data that enables confidence in decision-making. SUF currently composed by 90 professionals spread worldwide (Europe/UK, US, LatAm, and Asia) with a varied background, is expanding to take on new activities.

We’ll Count on You To:
This role will play a part in assisting the relationship manager to promote ESG products in APAC region.
Reporting to the BRM ESG Director based in Hong Kong, the selected candidate will work closely with BRM team to support ESG business development efforts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the ESG Director by preparing charts, slides and translations for meetings, events, presentations and Request for Proposals
- Regularly maintain and track ESG labelled deal flows using terminals like Bloomberg, Environmental Finance and others
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG business development trends under the ESG Director's guidance
- Update internal reports, presentations, and documentation
- Organize and maintain project files for easy access
What You Need to Have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, ESG, or a related field would be preferred.
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean)
