About the Team

The Fitch HR Service Centre manages the administrative elements of the employee life-cycle from new hire onboarding, transfers through to leavers and plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee and new hire experience.  Team members are based in the United Kingdom, United States and Singapore and we cover all businesses within APAC, EMEA, North America and Mexico.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  1. Team Management and Leadership:
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR service center team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members.
  1. Service Delivery:
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Monitor and analyze service center metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service center performance to management.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with other HR teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the team and with Stakeholders.
  1. Technology and Systems Management:
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Identify and implement system enhancements to improve service delivery and user experience.

 

  1. Process Automation:
  • Recognize areas & implement methods to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks like data entry, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Guide the HR team through the digital transformation process, ensuring a smooth transition to AI and RPA technologies and addressing any resistance to change

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Extensive experience in managing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of HR professionals, including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies, along with the ability to streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Background in delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of US, Canada and LATAM employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance and managing HR-related risks.
  • Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
