Quality Manager

 

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Quality Manager, (Learning and Development) based out of our Dubai office and assigned to our client on site at Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As a Learning and Development Quality Manager at our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of training quality, impact, and return on investment for a large Middle Eastern Bank client. You will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of training programs delivered across various mediums, including E-Learning, in-person, and virtual instruction. Your expertise will help shape the frameworks and methodologies used to assess training, and you will conduct sample checks and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and methodologies for training programs.
  • Measure and assess the quality, impact, and ROI of training initiatives.
  • Conduct sample checks of training sessions across different mediums and subject matters.
  • Analyze training data and generate comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with training designers and facilitators to ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training content and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training.
  • Facilitate regular quality audits and inspections of training programs.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness.
  • Design initiatives to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on training programs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in learning and development.

What You Need to Have:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within learning and development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of various training methodologies and mediums.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
