This is a senior marketing role supporting CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company. The Associate Director, Content Marketing Manager for CreditSights is responsible for creates and distributes valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage a target audience, ultimately driving business goals like brand awareness, traffic growth, and lead generation. The role reports to the Marketing Director for CreditSights.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Writing, editing, and curating various types of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs. 
  • Ensuring content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. 
  • Distributing content across various channels, including social media, email, and other relevant platforms. 
  • Identifying target audience demographics, preferences, and online behavior to inform content creation. 
  • Use A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other techniques to enhance conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, research, product, and customer success to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with B2B marketing trends and best practices to continually improve our strategies.

 

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance/credit or related area of study
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus
  • Previous experience using marketing automation (i.e., Hubspot) and/or CRM database management (i.e., Salesforce.com) tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical thinking focused on achieving sales outcomes and understanding how marketing activities contribute to superior results.
