Fitch Learning is looking for an outstanding professional qualifications trainer on a permanent basis to join our London faculty.

 

As an experienced trainer you will deliver training across the range of qualifications, guiding and supporting students through their course. The exam training will be classroom based, both virtual and in person. There will be additional responsibilities to provide help desk support to learners and keep material up to date.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Teach professional qualification classes in person and virtually
  • Be flexible with your time for evening classes
  • Develop the portfolio of courses that you teach towards
  • Respond to delegate queries on the dedicated delegate help desk
  • Create new and update existing content when needed
  • Contribute to the quality of the faculty

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience of training within a classroom setting- virtual and/or in-person
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Achieve results – classroom delivery, pass rates, meeting/exceeding clients’ needs
  • Continuous learning – to promote to students and undertake personally

Note, although it will be considered an advantage, there is no requirement to have financial services training experience as full training will be given. Excellent communication skills in and out of the classroom are the primary requirement.

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Collaborative and supportive team member
  • Experience with PDF annotator or similar software
  • Track record of successfully teaching professional qualifications
  • Financial services experience
