HR Technology Lead - Success Factors (Temporary up to 12 months)

 

Fitch Group is currently seeking a HR Technology Lead to join our Business Applications team, based out of our London or Manchester office.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and ancillary systems supporting the Fitch Human Capital Management strategy.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Be the primary point of contact for the HR product Owner, based on the priorities set by HR
  • Lead and support HR technology initiatives in collaboration with HR, Business Applications, third party vendors and ERP
  • Work with HR Technology analysts and developers responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors suite and associated integrations
  • Oversee the integration landscape of SuccessFactors with downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency, including running audits and checking logs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, and the HR Product Owner, to ensure HR tools are effectively supporting organizational needs.
  • Project Management and coordination of changes and projects led by the team, including business cases/SOWs and change management
  • Lead the design and delivery of HR technology solutions, ensuring best practices and industry standards are applied.
  • Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors with other business applications and systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption of new functionalities, system enhancements, and process improvements within the HRIS landscape.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for HR technology initiatives, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Support the HR Product Owner to develop and maintain a roadmap for HR technology enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with the HR Technology team and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal policies related to HR data. and established HRIS practices
  • Jointly with HR. prepare and manage the HR Technology budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic initiatives. Ensure invoices are paid and reconciled against the budget.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR technology services
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR technology, making recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  • Responsible for testing of HR technologies as part of changes and release testing
  • Jointly manage the relationship with SAP, the implementation support partner and other HR Technology vendors, along with the HR product Owner
  • Keep abreast of all tickets raised by your team, and ensure accurate and timely delivery by vendors.

 

 

What You Need to Have:

  • Strong working knowledge of the EC module SuccessFactors
  • Experience of integrations (gathering requirements, documentation)
  • Work proactively to develop process and solution changes
  • Good excel knowledge (up to and including vlookups)
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and able to create well formatted documents
