Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Head of Planning based out of our London office.
The global planning team is responsible for the effective utilization of resource across the business and works directly and collaboratively with all areas of the business.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Lead, manage and coach the global team of Planning professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for global training programs, ensuring alignment between resource and demand. Identify and lead the recruitment or cross-skilling of training resource.
- Build excellent collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and evaluate the utilization of key resources, and the effectiveness of trainers. Present performance to senior stakeholders and prepare action plans where targets are missed.
- Risk and process management. Identify potential risks in Planning and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that key processes are documented and maintained.
- Respond to planning requests, allocate resources and update Planning system.
What You Need to Have:
- At least 10 years experience of strategic resource planning, with at least 5 years in leadership role
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, persuade and steer internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations, objectives, and strategies
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience of managing projects and the capability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Proficient with data analysis software such as Power BI, QlikSense
- Experience of leading global teams.
