Fitch Group is currently seeking a Technology Adoption & Change Management, Senior, based out of our London office.

 

The Technology Adoption and Change Management function is a key part of our strategy to empower our colleagues with the best tools and practices to enhance their productivity and collaboration. As a Change and Adoption- Senior, based out of our London office, you will join a dynamic team that designs and delivers engaging learning solutions, effective communication campaigns, and comprehensive support services for various technology initiatives across the organization. You will have the opportunity to:

- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs and expectations

We’ll Count on You To:

- Engage and empower the champions community with regular training, roadmap updates, and early insights into the technology roadmap

- Consult with teams to explore possible solutions for business areas to improve their ways of working

- Produce video content and how-to guides to facilitate colleague learning and education on various technology topics

- Craft exciting communications for projects using different channels and formats, such as emails, intranet articles, chat bot notifications and presentations

- Simplify complex technology topics into bite-sized learning topics and modules that help colleagues understand and apply them in their work

- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables with regards to timelines, training and support for different technology initiatives

- Manage a portfolio of initiatives with appropriate change enablement plans, stakeholder maps and communication plans

- Identify and track relevant metrics to measure the success of initiatives and adapt change plans accordingly

- Collaborate with other change enablement colleagues across the organization to share best practices and learnings

- Partner with the HR team to improve the onboarding experience for new colleagues

 

 

What You Need to Have:

- 2-5 years of experience in technology adoption, change management, employee experience or similar.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

- Strong experience in learning, development, education/teaching

- Experience and confidence presenting to large, diverse audiences in person and in virtual meetings

- Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for finding innovative solutions

- A sense of fun and a flair for incorporating pop culture references into projects, communications and materials

- A strong interest in technology and how it can enhance work processes and outcomes

- A passion for enabling colleagues to learn new skills and work more efficiently

- Flexibility to work across different time zones, from APAC to the west coast of North America

- Knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools eg. Prosci ADKAR model.

- Qualifications such as Prosci or APMG Change Management qualifications or willingness to work towards them

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and the Power Platform

- Knowledge of Enterprise CRM systems like SalesForce or Dynamics365

- Experience in creating engaging content, both static and video-based. Familiarity with Camtasia video editing software (or equivalent) is a plus
