Personal Assistant (BRM - Structured Finance) - 15 Month Contract

The Business & Relationship Management Group is currently seeking an Personal Assistant to join on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave based out of our London office.
The Business & Relationship Management Department are responsible for leading business development and marketing efforts for Fitch Ratings. The successful candidate will be a key member of the BRM Administrative team, working alongside three other Administrators to help provide Administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Hybrid working environment with 3 days in our Canary Wharf Office and 2 days WFH
We’ll Count on You To:
- Provide general administrative support such as maintaining the BRM administrator manual, IT support for the department, distributing post, printing and ordering supplies
- Supporting Managing Directors and Senior Directors with diary management, travel itineraries and with arranging internal and external meetings
- Set up video conferences and external zoom calls
- Arranging travel, including organising visas and processing expenses for the team using Concur and liaising with Accounts when required
- Update and create SharePoint documents for the BRM team
- Arranging and assisting with the delivery of team events and planning sessions
- Onboarding for new joiners to the department
- Provide coverage for other BRM Administrators as required
What You Need to Have:
- Professional attitude with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual, who is highly organised and able to quickly adapt and respond to changing priorities and needs. The ideal candidate is able to juggle a number of different tasks at any one time as this role will require supporting multiple sub teams within BRM and being able to prioritise their own workload.
- 2+ years of experience of working as an Administrator to senior stakeholders
- High degree of competency using all Microsoft Office applications

- Experience of working as an Administrator supporting a team of 10+
- Experience providing personal assistance to senior stakeholder
- Previous experience in a professional services environment
- Salesforce and Concur skills an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
