Fitch Solutions, Product Specialist Team is currently seeking a Product Specialist based out of our London office.
The Product Specialist Team is dedicated to ensuring a best-in-class end-to-end experience to our non-Web customers. The team’s focus is to provide in-depth product expertise to maximize sales conversion rates and ensure seamless platform integration.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Support revenue generation, retention and growth via in-depth product and content expertise throughout the client lifecycle
- Partner with sales to generate and convert new business, including non-Web, new logo and cross-sales opportunities, while assisting with new and existing opportunities.
- Onboard new Feed, API, and Excel Add-in clients to optimize user experience, ensure seamless platform integration, and boost customer engagement.
- Collaborate with product, data and service teams during the pre-sales and post-sales phase to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Act as the subject matter expert for the Fitch Connect platform
- Understand clients’ workflow and advise on best way to meet their needs
- Provide tailored training and support to prospects and clients
- Build and maintain custom Excel Add-In templates
- Proactively engage Feed, API, and Excel Add-in clients to understand their needs, increase product adoption, provide relevant product updates and gather feedback.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer for the non-Web space to help drive the product roadmap
- Build and maintain superior customer relationships
- Record client interactions in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner in line with team processes and KPIs
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
What You Need to Have:
- Considerable experience in a client facing role
- Experience with product and/or content integration
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with FTP and/or API would be an asset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong presentation abilities
- Proven success in building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize workload and demands
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven
- Fixed income, financial and/or macroeconomic data knowledge
- Experience within a bank, vendor or other financial institution
- Experience with Excel Add-ins, including building templates and models
- Western European language fluency would be an asset
