Programme Manager – Corporate Solutions
Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Programme Manager based out of our London office.
The purpose of this role is to support and oversee the delivery of tailored learning programs for Fitch Learning clients. Often blended solutions, these can be complex programs covering multiple topics, the focus of the role will be on supporting the logistical elements of classroom training and the administration of online portals and e-learning.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Manage the logistical elements of all phases of tailored learning programmes, consisting of short 2-3 days course and longer more complex early career programmes
- Working closely with Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and requirements of programmes
- Creating project plans and schedules based on information gathered during the discovery phase
- Project manage internal teams and stakeholders involved in delivery of all aspects of the programmes
- Work closely with clients to understand measures of success and developing strategies for Fitch Learning to demonstrate how those measures have been met
- Drive the debriefing phase, collating qualitative and quantitative feedback from all programme stakeholders
- Consider the learner journey and how delegates performance is measured and quantified
- Take ownership for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening the relationship and managing all programme and reporting needs
- Assist with portal and e-learning management including but not limited to:
- Creating and sending of Joining Instructions
- Management of delegate records
- Editing of client portal content
- Creating learning pathways
- Configuration and testing
- Collate and distribute periodic reports for clients using internal and third-party systems
- Data Management: format and import of data into client portals
- Monitor virtually delivered training using meeting/training platforms
- Contribute to reviewing and enhancing team processes and objectives
What You Need to Have:
- Previous experience of managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments
- Quick thinker; able to respond quickly to challenges and deal with unforeseen issues
- Excellent influencer, able to build relationships with internal teams as well as clients and learners
- Experience of preparing MI
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
- Experience working in fast paced, service led environment
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems
- Good understanding of Learning Outcomes, setting measures of success and optimising learner journeys
- Experience using Virtual Meeting/Training platforms such as Zoom and WebEx would be beneficial
- Basic knowledge of SCORM would be an advantage
