About the Team
We are looking for a motivated Sales Analyst to join our Fitch Solutions Sales Organization within the Sales Strategy & Planning team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Sales organization to deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics, supporting strategic decisions and contributing to business growth.
As a Sales Analyst reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Planning, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial organization, including CRMOps and Finance Operation teams. You will assist in delivering operational information, sales intelligence, and management insights while fostering a 'self-serve' culture within the team.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Data Gathering and Mining: Support the extraction and analysis of data from internal databases to drive strategic initiatives.
- Self-Serve Culture: Contribute to the development of tools and dashboards that promote a self-serve culture for information access.
- Reporting: Collaborate in producing recurring reports for Sales and the Leadership Team.
- Relationship Building: Provide support to Sales Managers by delivering commercial information and aiding them in surpassing their targets.
- Commercial Projects: Engage in commercial projects focused on implementing best practices within the sales organization.
- Ad Hoc Data Requests: Assist with ad hoc data pulls and queries from the Sales Community as needed.

- Are proficient in MS Excel and have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for reporting and data analysis.

- Consistently meet deadlines with accuracy and precision.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SAP, SQL Server, data warehouses, and reporting analytics suites
- Experience within an MI/BIS/Commercial department
