About the Team

As Sales Training Specialist you will execute program management in the training, development, and onboarding space. You will be an on-the-ground program support for the Sales Enablement team, supporting our U.K. and European based sales teams in-office as well as our Asia-based teams remotely.  As Sales Training Specialist will work in partnership with the current U.S. based Training Specialist to deliver global results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in Sales Enablement and be wholly immersed in the sales process, help build a better sales team, and become a part of the sales culture here at Fitch Solutions

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Increase and expand the Commercial Organization’s knowledge across an array of topics utilizing the appropriate delivery method.
  • Empower Sales Enablement by moving the assessment of training away from a solely qualitative methodology to a data-rich methodology containing measurable metrics.
  • Create, own, and deliver upon an annual training roadmap for the commercial organization that directly aligns with business goals and needs
  • Empower Salesperson conversations through partnership with Enablement tech to educate and support the Sales use of AI related tools – including Sales Enablement’s use of AI tools, gamified training, and more.
  • Decrease time spent from new hire to first sale through the SalesONE onboarding program. Be fully responsible for the ownership of said program, it’s metrics, and the reporting of those metrics to Senior Management.
  • Partner with the appropriate content managers to ensure aligned reference and content materials for all training and development courses (as necessary).
  • Partner with the appropriate internal teams (such as Learning & Development, Fitch Learning, etc.) to leverage best in class trainings for given subjects (as necessary).
  • Partner with the entire Revenue Operations team to act as the “conduit” of Sales needs and feedback for all technical matters so as to continuously develop the team’s output for Sales

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Exceptional project management skills – you can handle multiple ongoing projects at once carrying multiple milestones and deadlines with ease.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Education (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
  • Exhibited understanding of different learning styles, educational methods, and curriculum building
  • Exhibited flexibility and agility: We are a very agile team. Your skillset of being highly agile should be visible upon application. You need to be able to show how you can pivot, change course, and still deliver.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to credibly interact with, and influence, senior level executives
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • You are team player – you are more than willing to “get your hands dirty” to meet a team goal

  • Sales experience
  • Mentorship and/or teaching experience
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income markets
  • Knowledge and experience in different Sales/Sales Enablement technology environments
