Fitch Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team of seven for a 12-month maternity cover.

 

The role focuses on processing subscription contracts and ensuring timely billing within company deadlines.

The ideal candidate will maintain service excellence and work collaboratively with colleagues from the Sales, Finance and Legal teams.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Champion the order processing workflow whilst ensuring all submissions are processed accurately and according to the company’s compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to monitor contract submission status and ensure timely execution.
  • Efficiently manage internal queries via email, phone, and direct communication.
  • Proactively resolve issues and contribute to the enhancement of processes and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems through accurate retrieval, analysis, and presentation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key processes and system communications.

What You Need to Have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with billing and CRM systems; Salesforce and SAP knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong numerical skills and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively as part of a team.
