How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Manage escalations from enterprise Service Desk on a day-to-day basis to provide technical support and guidance for all Microsoft 365 platforms: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
  • Be a critical member of team that is responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of all core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange and Entra ID
  • Partner with senior Collaboration Services Engineers on enterprise-wide initiatives, specifically related to SharePoint
  • Work closely with senior IT staff to implement best practices and optimize the use of Microsoft 365 applications across the organization.

 You May be a Good Fit if: 

  • 3 -5-years of experience in Information Technology support
  • Intermediate level experience supporting Microsoft technologies in a professional setting
  • Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a strong focus on end user experience

 

 What Would Make You Stand Out:  

  • Subject Matter Expertise with any of the Microsoft 365 platforms: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online or Azure/Entra AD
  • Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Prior experience working in a regulated industry
