Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Planning based out of our London office
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Planning to join our Fitch Solutions Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will lead our Sales Strategy & Planning team, formulating and executing our sales strategies, including forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and budgeting. The candidate will also oversee, in partnership with the Technology team, the delivery of dashboard & reporting solutions, that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

We’ll Count on You to Accomplish (Key Results Area):
- Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of strategic sales planning and sales performance analytics & reporting to drive business growth.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, territory planning, and quota setting, ensuring their alignment with the company's sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to enable real-time decision-making support.
- Deliver reporting and dashboards for ad-hoc programs that contribute to the overall success of the sales teams.
- Provide leadership to the Revenue Operations team, fostering an environment of continuous learning, & improvement and develop & maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders including product, marketing, sales, and finance.
What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Finance.
- Preferably extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Strong working knowledge of data and visualization tools (e.g., CRM Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Direct experience building and maintaining sales dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., CRM Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, end to end, from design to delivery.
- Experience in financial services/credit markets a plus.
- Passion for learning new systems, processes, and tools.
