Team Administrator - Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking an efficient and competent administrator, reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Fitch Ratings President. The Executive Administrative Office provides a seamless and professional support service to the Fitch Ratings President, the Fitch Group Chief Human Resources Officer and other members of the Fitch Executive, consistently upholding the highest standards, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and enhancing organisational performance. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training on departmental and role specific responsibilities, applications, policies, and procedures.
We’ll Count on You To:
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and vaccinations (where required); preparing itineraries complete with ground transport, accommodation, and meeting schedules;
- Prepare expense reports accurately and promptly;
- Organise meetings (to include room reservations, arranging refreshments, and manage supporting documentation).
- Handle general office administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing (physical and digital), and ordering stationery;
- Liaise with and build a strong network of contacts within internal departments such as IT, Mailroom, Facilities, and Catering;
- Maintain organisational charts and floor plans and updating Outlook mailing lists;
- Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding in partnership with the hiring manager;
- Assist and organise desk and office reservations for international internal visitors to Fitch offices globally;
- Manage electronic and hard copy file maintenance aligning with departmental, regulatory, and compliance directives; and
- Coordinate team-building events and activities.
What You Need to Have:
The Team Administrator will:
- Be adaptable and flexible, working comfortably in a fast-paced environment and grasping key concepts quickly, managing and prioritising workload efficiently, and presenting information clearly and informatively;
- Excel in problem-solving, possessing common sense and demonstrating diplomacy, discretion, and integrity;
- Be dependable, willing to contribute actively, and able to work calmly and with a mature and positive outlook, building a strong and collaborative working relationship with a network of internal contacts; andbe a collaborator, with a professional, proactive, approachable, and friendly attitude
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and fluency in English.
- Have a general understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Have minimum GCSE level education.
