Senior Sourcing and Workflow Associate, Data Operations

Fitch Group is currently seeking a Senior Sourcing and Workflow Associate based out of our Monterrey office.

The Senior Sourcing and Workflow Associate will be part of our Data Operations team responsible for the collection of all fundamental data needed across Fitch Group. The role will report to the Sourcing and Workflow Lead and will supervise the Sourcing and Workflow Associates based also in Monterrey.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Supervise a team of Sourcing and Workflow Associates, providing support, guidance, learning and development opportunities and career development.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and be proactive in adapting to evolving priorities, new data collection related use cases and changing business needs.
  • Manage the collection of financial statements across all sectors and ensuring adherence to turnaround times stipulated in our SLA’s.
  • Validation of sourced financial statements through the complete workflow cycle.
  • Identify new data sources and liaise with existing providers as required.
  • Oversee outsource teams and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Provide training to junior members of the team and outsource teams as required.
  • Ensure data collection tasks are delivered against agreed deadlines and provide regular updates to management.
  • Conduct data quality checks, review sourcing and production metrics, and regularly publish ad-hoc metrics with supporting analysis.
  • Seek, initiate, and drive continuous improvements to data support processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with Fitch Middle Office teams to ensure seamless data operations and workflow management.
  • Identify appropriate situations to engage Enhanced Analytics teams for resolving complex queries and providing advanced analytical support.
