US Corporates - Credit Analyst, Real Estate, Gaming Lodging & Leisure – Monterrey.
Fitch US Corporates Group is currently seeking an Analyst within the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure analytical team based out of our Monterrey office.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Perform data analysis, create and maintain financial modelsof key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure sectors, in support of existing ratings, new rating mandates and research.
- Become an expert on the model used to derive credit opinion recommendations.
- Take ownership of assigned number of credits to which Fitch assigns a credit assessment.
- Prepare internal reports tracking key operational trends to inform senior staff and empower them to make good strategic planning decisions within the department.
- Occasionally collaborate with senior team members to publish research on the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure sector topics, for Fitch’s external audience which includes institutional investors, private equity sponsors, private debt funds, CLO managers, HY mutual fund managers and credit hedge funds.
What You Need to Have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to shift fluidly between multiple projects as priorities change.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.

- Has exposure to financial statement analysis in a work or classroom setting.
