Associate Director, Business & Relationship Management – US Structured Credit and Private Credit
Business & Relationship Management is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our New York office.
This role is housed within the U.S. Structured Credit Business Relationship Management (BRM) group. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, contributing to the development of relationships internally and externally to grow our CLO and private credit business.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Support the Structured Credit/Private Credit head in managing and developing Fitch’s relationships.
- Prepare and create opportunities and generate agreements from Salesforce, including report creation and marketing distribution list maintenance.
- Research, develop, and prepare marketing materials for senior management.
- Monitor Private Credit and CLO research publications, producing marketing distribution content and providing viewership data.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of CLOs or Structured Finance as a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data for marketing materials.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $105,000 and $130,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
