Associate Director, Fitch Solutions Business Insights & Analytics
Fitch Solutions Business Insights & Analytics Team is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our New York Office
Fitch Solutions Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) provides business stakeholders with strategic guidance founded on analytics of internal and external data and actionable insights. Typical areas of analysis / evaluation include but are not limited to client use of FS products; overall client health; new market opportunities; progress of strategic initiatives.
This Associate Director position will be the primary owner for BIA’s work with the CreditSights line of business.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Develop actionable strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations, using diverse datasets, to evaluate business performance, guide internal initiatives, and inform stakeholders’ decision-making
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and partners; assess stakeholder needs and develop data-driven solutions and analyses
- Continuously improve data quality and team efficiency through use of business intelligence / productivity tools
What You Need to Have:
- 4-6 years of experience developing strategic analyses and insights in a similar function, such as business consulting or internal strategy groups.
- Undergraduate degree demonstrating outstanding performance and an analytical background / skillset
- Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, Macabacus preferred

- Demonstrated analytical / critical thinking skills; ability to develop insights / recommendations aligned to business questions
- Experience working with large / complex datasets
- Clear and concise written / verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure and organize projects / workstreams, balance and transition among priorities, and manage roadblocks; commitment to excellence
- Institutional financial services or information services experience; fixed income-related experience desirable

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $135,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
