We are looking for new Financial Trainers at Fitch, who can design and deliver training across a number of credit programme & academies within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations.  Courses are delivered virtually, but also to in-house clients as well as public courses in various location.

You do not need to be an established trainer – we will train you to become one.

We are looking for credit professionals with a background in financial institutions credit – i.e. banks, broker dealers, NBFIs, sovereign risk.

Role Responsibilities

• You must be confident presenting complex topics, willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your classroom skills, both virtual and in-person, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering
• To assist in the preparation of training material
• To have full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training material
• To support business development processes as the subject matter expert
• Credit industry knowledge- acting as the first point of call for content and technical or process questions relating to their industry

Role Requirements

• Extensive credit experience from within a leading commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator or other type of financial institution
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Effective communicator with a passion for education
• A passion for delivering learning, utilizing a range of methods to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way
• Strong levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry
• A desire to innovate

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected daily consultant rate for this role is $1,200 - $1,800 per day. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
