The Head of Risk & Portfolio Management Partner will be tasked with managing and expanding strategic partnerships within the Risk and Portfolio Management Platform sector. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic partnership agreements. Specifically, the Partner Manager for Risk and Portfolio Management platforms will focus on establishing, nurturing, and formalizing strategic partnerships between Fitch Solutions and leading Risk and Portfolio Management platforms. Successful partnerships will be characterized by mutual benefit and growth for both the Partner and Fitch, leveraging each party's respective value services.

 

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and competitive team that supports both the short term sales and longer term strategic growth of the Fitch Solutions business.  The Partnership team supports the growth of the Fitch businesses and the growth strategy across the respective businesses.

  • Become the resident expert on the Partner Industry/Sector globally, connecting Fitch Products and services to Strategic growth partners

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while seeking opportunities to expand the partnership network.
  • Be the industry expert, specializing in the services and workflow in the industry segment.  Have a full understanding of the client need and Industry service model supporting the client need.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the [industry] sector to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Business heads to develop and implement strategic plans that align with partner objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior management.

 You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience within the industry or sector at a management level.  (Minimum of 10 years’ experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and experience in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Data driven, analytical expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $140,000 and $225,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
