Fitch Group is currently seeking a Salesforce developer to join our Business Applications team, based out of New York office. This role is within a high performing Salesforce development team, working closely with business applications leadership, business decision makers, and end users. This individual must have the ability to configure/ customize Salesforce to meet the business need.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

CI/CD Release Management: Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) release processes to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.

Requirement Mapping: Map business requirements to Salesforce features and functionality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with Salesforce Technology to ensure the reference architecture remains current and effective.

What You Need to Have:

Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.

Salesforce Lightning Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Component development.

Version Control and CI/CD: Experienced with version control systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) release management.

Agile/Scrum Methodology: Experienced in working within an agile/scrum development process.

APEX Proficiency: Skilled in APEX triggers, classes, batch processes, and test methods.

API Knowledge: Proficient in REST API, SOAP API, and platform events.

Communication and Team Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong team player, and a self-starter.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Certification

1. Salesforce Admin certification
2. Platform Developer I certification preferred.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay salary range for this role is $95,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch. 

*This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

**The final interview will be in person at our New York office, located at 33 Whitehall St, New York, NY 10004.
