Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement based out of our New York office.
The Associate Director, Sales Enablement will be an on-the-ground content manager for the Sales Enablement team, supporting our U.S., U.K., and European based sales teams, and occasionally, our Asia-based teams. This Associate Director will work in partnership with the entirety of the Sales Enablement team, work in tandem with the U.K. based Content Manager, and (but not limited to): Sales, Sales Leadership, Product, Revenue Operations, and more.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Take initiative in managing content while efficiently handling ad-hoc content requests. This involves managing various types of content, such as playbooks, training materials, battlecards, etc.
- Understand the needs of the business, the goals of Sales Enablement, and the current internal landscape to balance a consistent flow of content through an annual content roadmap.
- Create, manage, and update requirements regarding the content creation process.
- Be on the forefront of Sales Enablement technology and consistently review potential opportunities to modernize, become more tech forward, and take our content to the next level.
- Partner with Enablement Tech to own the internal Sales Enablement document hub to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with the customer journey.
- Partner with Enablement Tech to create a recommendation system for content within the document hub that is intelligent, consistent, and always up to date.
- Partner with the entire Revenue Operations team to act as the “conduit” of Sales needs and feedback for all content concerns so as to continuously develop the team’s output for Sales
You May be a Good Fit if you have:
- Exceptional project management skills – you can handle multiple ongoing projects at once carrying multiple milestones and deadlines with ease.
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, or Content Management (or demonstrable equivalent experience).
- Exhibited understanding of different content creation methods and styles, and when best to apply them.
- Exhibited flexibility and agility: We are a very agile team. Your skillset of being highly agile should be visible upon application. You need to be able to show how you can pivot, change course, and still deliver.
- Extreme attention to detail, you DO sweat the small stuff.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrable evidence of the ability to credibly interact with, and influence, senior level executives
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- You are team player – you are more than willing to “get your hands dirty” to meet a team goal

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
