How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Expertise in BDD with tools like Cucumber and Spec Flow, proficiency in writing Gherkin language scenarios and automating them, collaboration skills for defining acceptance criteria, a solid understanding of TDD principles and frameworks like JUnit, and experience with CI/CD integration.
- Expertise in Automated Data validation, UI/Services, Performance and load testing
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for AI models, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) testing, to ensure accuracy, reliability,
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing.
- Ensure the implementation of robust testing processes and standards.
- Creation and execution of test plans, Automated Test and scripts.
- Monitor and report on test coverage, defects, and overall quality metrics.
- Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on testing progress and quality issues.
- Advocate for best practices in software testing and quality assurance across the organization.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .Net.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Knowledge of data analysis and data validation techniques.
- Understanding of API testing and automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Selenium Java and Cucumber Frameworks for automated testing of UI and services.
- Extensive hands-on experience in writing complex queries.
- Expertise with various testing tools including Browserstack, BlazeMeter, Locust (Load Testing via Python), Postman, Git, and Atlassian.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software testing, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $125,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
