SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Technical Lead
Fitch is seeking a strong Development Lead to improve our critical custom solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, based out of our New York office. The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Led development of technically complex systems using Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 and C#.NET.
- Is currently hands-on in developing custom SharePoint Add-In and configuration.
- Has experience working in Agile environment

We’ll Count on You To:
- Work in Agile Environment to Design and Architect the program
- Work closely with squad’s Product Owners / Business Analyst/Enterprise Architects to understand requirements and advise on technical solutions
- Architect and design applications and databases in conjunction with the Architecture and User Experience Chapters.
- Code and test applications.
- Review delivered applications for compliance with designs.
- Work with the Quality Analysts to ensure that the framework and coding standards are adhered to.
- Liaise with users and colleagues globally for the development and support of the software.
- Provide production support and help set support technical best practices
- Conduct Technical Explorations and POCs to improve the teams systems.
- Work with Product Owner and Scrum master on Sprint Ceremonies
- Identify methods, approaches and technologies that may improve our software development processes.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging applications.
What You Need to Have:
- 10+ years of relevant software development experience
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Office 365, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web APIs, Windows Services
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online development using SharePoint framework (SpFx), React JS, Typescript, CSOM.
- Hands-On experience with PL/SQL stored procedures, views, triggers and relational data modelling and design.
- Hands-On experience with SCM tools, for example using, TFS, GIT, SVN etc.
- Hands-On experience with CI/CD tools, for example using, Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity etc.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Graph and office.js API.
- Strong working Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong working Knowledge Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO)
- Above knowledge and experience will have been gained in a commercial environment.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Hands-On experience developing custom Office 365 Add-In and DLL
- Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Power Platform.
- HTML5

FOR NEW YORK ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $200,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
***This is a hybrid role, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.
