Technical Program Manager
Fitch Business Applications is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager based out of our New York office. The role will sit in our Source 2 Pay group that support Procurement and Risk functions.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Manage day-to-day project management responsibilities of various Source to Pay projects, including supplier management, contract management and P2P solutions.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, involve relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress, and track deliverables, provide regular status reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors for maintenance of the deployed tools.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced reports to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status visibility.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and reporting them to stakeholders.
What You Need to Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of as a project manager, preferably in Procurement technologies.
- Experience with Source 2 Pay, contract management, supplier management, Procure to Pay tools like Agiloft, Ariba, Coupa, Jagger or Ivalua is desirable.
- Project/Program planning, risk management, time management and other project/program management skills.
- SDLC and Agile methodologies is a must.
- Advanced skill level required in Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Proficiency in project management software tools, MS Project etc.,
- Experience with data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc., is desirable
- Certification in any procurement technologies is a plus.
- Should have excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

FOR NEW YORK AND CALIFORNIA ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $135,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
***This is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Last interview will be in person.
