Role Purpose

As an associate trainer with Fitch Learning, we’ll collaborate with you to design and deliver training across a number of relevant programmes and academies within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations. Courses are delivered virtually, but also to in-house clients as well as public courses in various locations.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • You must be confident presenting complex topics, willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop your classroom delivery skills, both virtual and in-centre, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering
  • To assist in the preparation of training material, where necessary
  • To have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training material
  • Industry knowledge – how is ESG / Sustainability applied in the financial services industry

 

Role Requirements Essential:

  • Extensive ESG / Sustainability experience from at least one of the following:
      • A leading commercial bank, investment bank, asset manager or other relevant financial institution with an excellent understanding of a broad range of ESG investing, sustainable finance and sustainability issues
      • A reputable consulting firm or research organization
      • A leading university
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Effective communicator with a passion for education
  • A passion for quality teaching and ability to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way
  • High levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry
  • You will already have experience of training, either virtually and/or in-centre, in a professional environment
