Sales Support Associate, Singapore

 

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Support Associate based out of our Singapore office.

The Sales Middle Office team is seeking a Sales Support Associate to aid the Sales team in the processing of their opportunities and troubleshooting any other Salesforce issues they may encounter.

The primary function of the Sales Middle Office team is to work with Sales, Client Services, Sales Operations and other teams within Fitch Solutions in a number of areas including supporting the Global Sales team in the processing of opportunities, design, set up and management of clients’ access, setting commercial pricing strategy and the management of enhancements to Salesforce.

 We’ll Count on You To:

  • Support the Sales Team in processing Salesforce opportunities and agreements daily.
  • Troubleshoot both technical and user-related issues.
  • Advise Sales on the best practices for  contract processing via Salesforce 
  • Work with work with the sales teams to increase their knowledge of the Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management process.  
  • Identify and report Salesforce system bugs and enhancements to the Salesforce Product Owner. 
  • Improve sales processes within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation and internal systems.

 

What You Need to Have:

  • Experience in a Sales Support function. 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales processes using a CRM tool such as Salesforce. 
  • Customer service orientation (Sales Teams are your client). 
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; track record of developing relationships grounded in trust and credibility.
