This role is focused on proactively building new accounts through strategic market and client analysis, outreach, and networking. Additionally, the role involves managing a defined portfolio of strategic client accounts and expanding them by developing strong relationships with contacts across the organization. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and, alongside our subject-matter experts, design solutions to address these needs, aiming to achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target.
Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Relationship Director based out of our Toronto office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Serve as the key contact for developing new clients and enhancing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to design creative learning solutions for our financial services clients.
• Access a wealth of learning resources for self-development, including courses, eLearning, and professional certifications, to enhance your knowledge of the financial markets.
• Build new accounts through strategic market and client analysis, outreach, and networking.
• Engage clients and prospects with a consultative-first sales approach to understand their purpose, priorities, goals, and learning needs, and propose holistic solutions.
• Expand existing accounts through networking, strategic analysis, and sourcing referrals from internal business groups.
• Understand the financial markets, products, and operating environment in which our clients operate, supporting the design of new learning and development solutions.
• Manage data and information accurately using our Salesforce system to record and track account developments.
• Produce regular revenue forecasts based on your pipeline, with clear justification and explanations.
• Hand over projects to the program management team for delivery and management once commercially secured and contracts negotiated, while retaining oversight of escalation, commercial, and ongoing relationship management.
