About the Team
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Sales Analyst to join our Fitch Solutions Sales Organization, specifically within the Sales Strategy & Planning team. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with the Sales organization to deliver data-driven insights, comprehensive reporting, and advanced analytics, all aimed at supporting strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Data Gathering and Mining: Extract and analyze data from internal databases to support strategic initiatives.
- Self-Serve Culture: Develop and provide tools and dashboards to promote a self-serve culture for accessing information.
- Reporting: Produce recurring reports for Sales and the Leadership Team.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with Sales Managers to deliver commercial information and support them in achieving and surpassing their targets.
- Commercial Projects: Lead specific commercial projects aimed at implementing best practices within the sales organization.
- Ad Hoc Data Requests: Handle ad hoc data pulls and queries from the Sales Community as needed
You May be a Good Fit if:
- You have advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- You are experienced in using Salesforce for reporting and data analysis
- You have strong numerical and analytical skills which allow you to analyze large volumes of data and present it in an accessible format
- You are confident in liaising with senior stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret their requirements
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with PowerBI, SAP, SQL Server, data warehouses, and reporting analytics suites
- Experience within an MI/BIS/Commercial department
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
