About the Team

Join our growing team in Warsaw, Poland.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead the digital onboarding process for new clients ensuring an optimal customer experience
  • Utilise data and analytics to track usage patterns and identify risk and opportunities for growth
  • Write engaging email copy to drive successful digital customer journeys
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhance customer experience 
  • Provide regular updates on customer success metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging content to customer support centre
  • Design and deliver ‘office hours’ training sessions

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or marketing role with client facing experience
  • Strong written English skills
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Excellent organizational skills  

 

What Would Make You Stand Out: 

  • Proven customer first approach
  • Good data and analytical ability
  • Previous experience with customer success tools eg Gong and Gainsight
  • Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of financial services
