Junior Account Manager, Poland
Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Account Manager based out of our Warsaw, Poland office.
Fitch Solutions is building a new sales team based out of Poland. We are hiring talented Account Managers responsible for leading the retention and growth efforts for a defined set of accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in a new country office which will be critical to the success of the overall business.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Retain and grow revenue for assigned accounts overachieving on sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the global sales team to successfully onboard new customers
- Build strong relationships and gather intelligence that will increase retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Maintain high levels of activity and regular customer engagement throughout the subscription via online meetings/emails
- Give product demonstrations and conduct presentations tailoring the value proposition to the customer’s needs
- Record all customer activities in internal systems, including Salesforce
What You Need to Have:
- Prior experience in an Account Management/Relationship Management role
- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent relationship building, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative
- Proficient in MS office
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Prior experience selling research/data
- Ability to understand and interpret market trends
- Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish and Portuguese would be a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools
