About the Team
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our dynamic Marketing team, working from our fast-growing and vibrant office in Warsaw, Poland. How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Marketing & Event Associate, you will gain rich experience across a variety of events and marketing channels and functions – including event marketing, growth marketing, and marketing operations - as part of a supportive, international team.
You will work closely with stakeholders in various adjacent departments including Research, Product, Sales, Market Development and the Fitch Group Marketing team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned, data-driven and effective.
Event Planning & Logistics:
- Support the team in managing events including:
- Research venues and suppliers.
- Coordinate vendor contracts and maintain communication.
- Manage event budgets and expenses.
- Help with event marketing and promotion.
- Order catering and other event supplies.
- Maintain event documentation and records.
- Provide assistance to attendees and speakers for online events.
- Handle event-related inquiries and resolve issues.
Marketing Execution:
Support the team in executing marketing plans and lead generation initiatives across multiple channels, including:
- Creating promotional copy for social media, email, brochures, website, pitch decks, and video
- Running webinar programs - from inception to hosting on the day
- Populating social media channels organically and learning how to build different paid social campaigns
- Maintaining web page content, tracking links and assets.
- Using marketing automation software to build email campaigns
- Creating and proofing marketing collateral and maintaining content libraries
- Providing support for branding activities including merchandise sourcing, distribution and event participation
- Supporting lead assignment activities including handling and assigning incoming leads
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources including web analytics tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies
- Provide reporting and feedback to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Campaign Analysis:
- Learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide recommendations based on campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts
Technology and Tools:
- Be trained in marketing technology including Hubspot, ON24, Hootsuite and Salesforce
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Learn the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and reporting
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
