About the Team
The Sales Contracting & Operations team is seeking a Sales Support Associate to aid the Sales team in the processing of their opportunities and troubleshooting any other Salesforce issues they may encounter.
The primary function of the Sales Contracting & Operations team is to work with Sales, Customer Services, Finance Operations and other teams within Fitch Solutions in a number of areas including supporting the Global Sales team in the processing of opportunities, design, set up and management of customers’ access, setting commercial pricing strategy and the management of enhancements to Salesforce.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support and assist the Sales Team with daily processing of Salesforce opportunities and agreements.
- Trouble shooting errors (system or human).
- Advising Sales on the best way to process a contract via Salesforce
- Work with the sales teams to increase their knowledge of the Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management process.
- Identify areas of process improvement within Sales use of the Salesforce environment and work with the team to execute.
- Ensure all supporting documentation and internal systems are regularly monitored and up to date with correct information.

- You have experience working in a Sales Support function and/or demonstrable knowledge of a sales process using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
- You can work effectively with all levels of the organization; track record of developing relationships grounded in trust and credibility.

- Your analytical problem-solving skills are highly developed.
