Market Research Associate, BRM Financial Institutions – Insurance
The Financial Institutions Business & Relationship Management (BRM) team is seeking a Market Research Associate based out of our Chicago or New York offices.
This exciting role will report to a Senior Director in the North America Financial Institutions (FI) BRM team. The principal objective of the team is to support the Senior Director with the origination of new Insurance rating mandates, through targeted outreach campaigns and client engagement, as well as to manage and optimize existing relationships, with issuers and other market participants.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Research and validate new business opportunities, combining actionable market data from multiple sources and data sets
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce CRM system
- Prepare commercial agreements for new and existing issuers
- Contact external stakeholders, organize meetings and prepare appropriate background information as required
- Develop impactful presentations and other marketing materials collaborating with the marketing team
What You Need to Have:
- Relevant university degree, preferably in a business, finance, economics, data analytics related field
- Excellent Excel/ data analytic skills (lookups/ index/ pivot tables/ macros/ formula/ shortcuts etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude to learn new data systems and incorporate into research
