About the Team

We are seeking detail-oriented, proactive Team Leads to oversee day-to-day compliance operations and drive continuous improvement across our compliance programs based out of our Chicago, IL office. You will partner closely with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to ensure our policies, processes, and control systems are effectively implemented and monitored.

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead daily operational and compliance procedures, ensuring timely and accurate execution and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and associated operational processes and control systems.
  • Review, revise, and continuously improve compliance programs, policies, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks and maintain alignment with mandated requirements.
  • Manage permissions for documents, sites, and systems; implement and monitor role-based access controls and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Train and mentor an operations team; set performance standards and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to review your teams work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; comfortable operating in time-sensitive environments.
  • Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF skills required.
  • Established skills in accuracy, communication, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Possess sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.

FOR CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $77,500 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.  Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
