Fitch Learning is currently seeking an L&D Manager based out of our Regional MEA office and assigned to our client on site at Abu Dhabi, UAE.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

  • Develop learning solutions and RFP learning proposals

 

  • Build consultative and advisory relationships with FAB stakeholders

 

  • Appraise, position, and explain vendor solutions and services to FAB stakeholders

 

  • Take lead in developing RFP proposals and present solutions, through face-to-face meetings

 

  • Identify individual business learning needs and map to FAB Strategic LNA

 

  • Keep management visibility and involvement high in all key FAB opportunities

 

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of learning projects

 

  • Member of FAB / Fitch L&D Operations Committee

  • Technical Skills:

 

    • Understand L&D and the various activities undertaken by a L&D function

 

    • Skilled instructional design approach demonstrated through creative and commercial solution design

 

    • Can identify criteria for a high IQ L&D Proposal

 

    • Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

 

    • Solid planning skills and activities to drive performance and increase learning ROI results

 

  • Relationship Capability:

 

    • Strong advisory, sales and consulting activity

 

    • Communicates effectively

 

    • Dedicates time to developing solutions with FAB and vendors

 

    • Manages pipeline for speedy progression of solutions to FAB

 

    • Can build a trusted advisor relationship with all levels of clients in FS
