How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Review and analyse high-yield bond and loan documentation, as well as related reports
• Support senior team members with document procurement, special research projects, and running blacklines
• Perform quality assurance and refine data extracted by artificial intelligence tools
• Collaborate with internal analysts and product specialists to deliver high-quality research
• Provide administrative support to research teams, including data entry and record management
• Manage access permissions for confidential documents and ensure proper filing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and data quality

You May be a Good Fit if:

• Degree in finance, law, data science, or a related discipline
• Internship or work experience in the financial or legal sector
• Superior proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents and summarise their contents clearly

What Would Make You Stand Out: 

• Experience in a financial, legal, or data-focused environment
• Exposure to high-yield or leveraged finance markets and legal documentation
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex documents
• Familiarity with document management systems or AI-based data extraction tools
• Ability to create clear documentation, data dictionaries, or process guides
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data, content, and compliance specialists
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
