About the Team
AI Enablement and Governance is a highly visible, cross-functional team responsible for establishing and enforcing AI governance frameworks, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to enable responsible, value-driven use of AI across Fitch. The team is refining processes using automation to efficiently guide stakeholders through risk-based AI governance workflows.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Content and Communications
- Update and maintain internal websites and portals with the latest AI initiatives, enhancements, and guidance.
- Draft clear, engaging communications (e.g., announcements, FAQs, how-to guides) to drive awareness and adoption of AI tools.
- Prepare periodic newsletters highlighting AI trends, use cases, best practices, and internal success stories.
Research and Insights
- Research relevant content on AI usage for business workflows, including automation opportunities and productivity improvements.
- Track the latest AI trends, tools, and industry developments; synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Training and Enablement
- Design, prepare, and facilitate customized training sessions on AI and related tools for diverse user groups.
- Develop training materials and demos tailored to business functions and workflows.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user experience.
Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support for internal AI chatbots, supporting business usage and adoption.
- Partner with technical teams to triage issues, track performance, and coordinate enhancements.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases for AI tools and processes.
Testing and Adoption
- Coordinate user testing and pilots for new AI features or workflows; define test plans, collect feedback, and report results.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in business and financial workflows; a strong interest in staying current with AI trends.
- Understanding of and comfort working with financial content and analysis (e.g., financial statements, market commentary, models, KPI tracking); able to translate technical topics into practical guidance for financial analysts and business stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical topics into practical guidance.
- Excellent collaboration skills; proven team player comfortable working across functions (Product, Tech, Ops, Comms) and engaging with business users.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience preparing and delivering training (live sessions and self-serve materials) to non-technical audiences.
- Experience updating internal websites/portals and creating clear, user-friendly content.
- Operational support experience for digital tools or chatbots is a plus.
- Tools: Experience with intranet/CMS platforms, collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Teams), slide creation, analytics dashboards; familiarity with generative AI tools preferred.

- 2+ years in enablement, communications, product operations, training, or similar roles.
- Exposure to AI governance, prompt design, or chatbot content management.
- Experience coordinating user testing or pilots and synthesizing feedback into recommendations.
