About the Team
You’ll be part of a global centralised shared ‘centre of excellence’ service function supporting Fitch Group businesses maximise its email channel. Based in London, primary focusing on support EMEA programs / stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Partner with marketing teams across EMEA to develop and implement innovative, integrated email programs that build awareness, drive demand and generate leads.
- Lead the technical execution of email marketing programs (trigger-based automations, nurtures, ABM), including audience segmentation, robust testing, deployment and continuous optimisation.
- Take responsibility for the QA and activation stage to ensure user-built email programs meet internal standards.
- Measure and monitor on-going email campaign performance – providing insights to internal stakeholders, marketers and direct team.
- Act as an email campaigns subject matter expert, providing hands on support, guidance and coaching to our global Marketo user base.
- Helping to provide strategic direction and governance to enforce company email marketing protocols and processes.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- At least 3 years of proven experience working with the Marketo platform, encompassing database management, campaign execution, and reporting. Marketo MCE certification preferred.
- Experience in email campaign set up, testing and deployment in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with an excellent eye for detail. Able to self-check own work as well as others to avoid errors.
- Be adaptable - flexible, resilient and able to adjust to changes in the work environment or shifting priorities.
