Fitch Group is currently seeking a Program Manager (Employee Listening & Insights) for 12 months based out of our London or New York office (alternative locations considered for internal secondees).
An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity has arisen for the right person to play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of Fitch’s Employee Listening Program, established in 2025. In this role, starting in November 2025, you will be responsible for assessing and measuring the success of the program’s first year, and using these insights to evolve and expand the program in 2026. It’s also a great opportunity to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to the evolving listening strategy that touches every part of the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
•Assess the effectiveness of the Employee Listening & Insights Program after its first year, looking at achievement of key project milestones, value and actionability of insights provided to Leaders, and extent of leadership follow-up and action-planning across the organization
•Project management of the listening activity that has already been set-up in the first year of the program. This includes ensuring actions are being implemented following the company-wide engagement survey, and regular reports are being created and shared for the ‘always-on’ exit and onboarding survey.
•Build on learnings from the first year of the program, evolve and implement a scalable Employee Listening & Insights Program tailored for a highly analytical workforce. Introduce other methods of listening across the organization, e.g. focus groups, pulse surveys and additional experience surveys.
•Act as Product owner for our employee listening platform Culture Amp. Manage the relationship with the provider, become a subject-matter expert on the tool and manage existing and new surveys on the platform.
•Develop a robust analytics framework to interpret employee sentiment and feedback, identify trends and develop and report relevant and actionable insights to inform and influence business planning and change programs.
•In close partnership with Fitch’s Business Information teams, develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools that provide timely insights to leaders and stakeholders.
•Spearhead the integration of employee feedback data with other business metrics for a holistic view of organizational health and employee sentiment.
•Drive continuous improvement in feedback mechanisms, embracing innovative methodologies and technologies for data collection and analysis.
•Establish a governance model for the ethical use of employee data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
•Work closely with HR, Employee Communications and business leaders to ensure that insights inform business and people strategies.
•Identify and develop organizational capabilities by guiding HR Business Partners, Managers and team leaders on best practices for acting on employee feedback in partnership with L&D.

•Ability to tell a story with data, including creating reports with different levels of granularity depending on the audience.
•Proven track record of managing successful feedback, engagement or listening programs.
•Skilled influencer and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
•Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with evidence of being able to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
•Experience with human resource information system (HRIS), survey platforms, and data analysis tools.
•Exceptional project management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Market Research or related Social or Behavioral science field.
•A working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in employee engagement, change management, organizational development would be highly advantageous.
•Knowledge of current trends and best practices in change management, employee engagement and organizational psychology.
•Familiarity with the Financial Services industry.
Working Requirements:
•Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones may be necessary.
•This role may require occasional travel to various company sites.
