How You Will Make an Impact:

Support the firm's pricing approval process, ensuring all pricing decisions align with our commercial policy and governance processes

Review and approve pricing proposals promoting pricing consistency, sustainable growth and alignment with commercial policy

Support and influence pricing strategies and priorities, in consultation with colleagues in the Global pricing and commercial policy team

Monitor market conditions and competitor actions to make agile pricing adjustments that support revenue goals.

Build relationships of trust and respect within the organisation in order to become a trusted advisor

Learn to influence and advise cross-cultural & cross-functional teams with the support of colleagues in commercial policy

Work closely with product management, finance, technology and sales to identify pricing inefficiencies and promote change related to improving our pricing policy and consistency 

Prepare regular reports on pricing approvals, renewal outcomes, and pricing trends.

Contribute to the ongoing review and enhancement of pricing policies and procedures.

You May be a Good Fit If:

Proven experience in pricing strategy development and execution, ideally in financial services industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear pricing actions.

Ability to participate in cross-functional projects and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of macroeconomic and industry trends and their impact on pricing and consumer behavior.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.

 

What Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience using pricing tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms to track performance.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM databases

Working knowledge of finance, financial markets and our company

Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
